July 2021 Stats at-a-Glance!

July 2021 stats are out and we have the numbers! A few key takeaways:

New listings are staying near where they were in July 2020, with slightly fewer listings in Collin, Dallas and Denton counties year-over-year. However, in Rockwall and Tarrant County listings are up 17% and 7%, respectively. The average sales prices across all five counties has risen to an average of about 20% above last year's listing prices. The numbers don't lie, the summertime market in North Texas is still hot!
